Anti-violence advocate Yvonne Pointer delivers meals to Cleveland police officers.

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Anti-violence advocate Yvonne Pointer is making sure Cleveland police officers know they’re appreciated during the coronavirus pandemic.

On Sunday night, she and other volunteers, including Councilman Blaine Griffin, dropped off food at the Fourth District Cleveland Police Department.

Pointer has been known for her generous acts of kindness in the community. Just recently, she delivered food to health care workers at MetroHealth.
